Work From Home
- Up to 2 WFH days a month — no approval needed for the first 2.
- Give manager and team a day's heads-up before your WFH day.
- Post in #leave-logs before your day starts. Core hours still apply.
- Beyond 2 days requires explicit manager approval.
Comp-off
- Work 7–8 hours on a weekend or public holiday → 1 comp-off day.
- Apply on portal; manager must approve.
- Community team: Routine events don't qualify. Major events → 1 full comp-off, typically the following Monday.
No-shows & Loss of Pay — Going off-grid without manager approval = Leave Without Pay. One day's salary deducted. Illness/emergencies — just inform your manager ASAP.
